Last Doctor's appointment

I just thought for sure the next time I updated my blog, I would be talking about my newborn, but that doesn't happen to be the case. I just knew I would have been back in the hospital Monday night or Tuesday delievering Connor, but my contractions have pretty much come to stop. I have been sitting home all week just waiting,and this is not what I wanted. I wanted to work until Wednesday, but I didn't think I should have gone to work on Tuesday when I was still having contractions. Charlette has been kind enough to come stay with me all week, since Jayson went to work, she didn't want me at home by myself in case something happened. So Tuesday, we needed a break from the house, so we went to eat at Esclantes and then did some shopping, Wednesday, we went to look at a day care center, ate at Sandy McGee's in Richmond, and rode around looking at houses. Today, Not sure yet, going to eat lunch somewhere and going to Babies R Us, and then who knows.
So this morning, I had my last doctor's appointment before Connor arrives. my blood pressure was elevated again, but she didn't seemed worried. Connor's heart rate was great and I am still dilated to 2 cm. Not what I wanted to hear. I just knew for sure, that I would have been dialed more since Monday. I have been walking 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles in the evening. I have been eating spicy food and mexican food, and none of that is working. I told Jayson it will have to take him to get this going and he won't budge. So it looks like I will be induced Monday morning. I have to be at the hospital at 5:00 a.m. and hopefully by lunch time or early afternoon, Connor will be with us! So now, the waiting continues for me and I am running out of things to do to keep me busy.
