Halloween 2013

We started Halloween a weekend early by attending the St. Philip carnival then pumpkin carving that night. It has been so long since Jayson or I have carved a pumpkin, but we were keeping the girls that night, and decided we would carve pumpkins to keep the kids busy! They were super excited to carve pumpkins and the process was actually pretty easy and fun. We had bought four pumpkins, one for each of the kiddos, but Luke had no interest, so each kid picked their designed and it begun. I think the best part for the kids was digging their hands in the pumpkin and cleaning them out.

The finished products

All lit up - Juliann's, Connor's, Caroline's

Then it was time for Halloween parties at school and daycare. Connor originally wanted to be Spider man for Halloween and had his outfit that he wore to the carnival, along with his brother, but the morning of his party, he decided to go as a football player.

And here they are ready to go Trick-or-Treating

So we had a football player, spiderman, Doc Mc Stuffin, and a princess

and we are off for candy!!!

Luke wasn't to sure about the whole Trick-or-Treating idea, but after the first house, he figured out what to do and loved every moment of it.
