A Night's Get-away

Last Friday night, Jayson and I celebrated our 6th year anniversary. We dropped off the kiddos at my parent's house and headed to Sugar land for the night. We checked in at the Marriott in the Town Center and then headed to a bar for a few drinks before dinner. Then it was off to Perry's Steakhouse for a yummy dinner. Going to Perry's has always been a tradition for our anniversary, since the night we got engaged. It was so nice to just sit, drink, relax, and visit without having to feed or be interrupted by one of the boys. After dinner, we headed out to Baker Street, had one drink, and decided it was time for bed. Wow, how things change when you have kids.  The next morning, we did a little shopping for each other and then headed home. It was a nice little get-away, but now I am ready for an adult vacation this summer.
