Celebrating the 4th

We basically celebrated the 4th of July for an entire week at the bay, We went down the weekend before and came home Sunday since Jayson had to work Monday & Tuesday, then we headed back down Wednesday through Sunday. By Sunday, I think everyone was ready to go home, too much food and drinks! I had to steal these pictures from my sister since I had no time with a camera this trip. My boys keep me way to busy!!!

I received a personalized fishing pole about 3 years ago and probably one used it a handful of times. I kept making comments that I never get to go fishing anymore, that I am always left back with the kiddos. So mom & dad volunteered to watch the kiddos while Jayson, I Shay, & Jeff went fishing one morning. You can say the the girls brought home dinner. We didn't do wonderful, but Shay and I were the only ones to catch any keepers. We had a blast catching all kinds of fish, especially all the sharks!

Looks at this, not afraid to touch a slimy ol fish. He stuck his hands right in and picked it up.

So the next morning the guys went out and limited out on trout.
