Hospice Stride & Stroll 5K

Saturday morning, the boys and I ran in the Hospice 5K Stride & Stroll. This was my first race since I was 6 weeks pregnant with Luke, where I ran in the County Fair 5K. My goal was to run the entire time, but didn't think it was possible since I have not been training for this. Last week was actually the first time for me to get out and walk since having Luke. Well I achieved my goal by running the entire 5K and crossing the finish line with a double stroller with a time of 30 min and something seconds. Not too Shabby.... oh, but my knees were aching the next few days.
