Our First Fever
Yesterday Connor woke up from his nap with a 101.7 fever so I called the doctor's office to see what they thought and told me to bring him in since he had been pulling on his ears. Once we arrived, his temp was at 99.9 and the doc checked his ears and said everything looked fine, but did pull out some wax. She then checked his nose and throat and everything seem to look fine and did mention that his gums on top were swollen. So she decided to test him for the flu and the test came back negative, so she wasn't sure why he had such a high temp. She thought it could be a virus that will just pass and told me he could not have that high of a fever for teething. So once again, I left the doctor's office with no real diagnose.
