Our little man is growing up! We went to his check up visit yesterday and he did great. The only vaccine he received was his second dose for the flu and he didn't make a sound when he was pricked. Dr. M is a little worried about his neck, that he doesn't stretch it all the way to one side (called torticollis). So she wants Connor to be evaluated by a physical therapist and to learn some stretching exercises that we can do with him. He actually lost some weight since last time we were there right before Christmas. I was shocked when I saw the scale, because this boy can put away some food. I guess with him so active, he burns off most of his calories. His metabolism must be like his daddy.
Here are his stats:
Height 29 inches (75%)
Weight 18lbs 13 oz (10-25%)
Head 18 inches (50-75%)
Here is what Connor has been up to:
*still army crawling, but does use all fours to crawl when he wants
*pulling himself up on everything
*has his two bottom teeth
*waves bye-bye
*says mama, dada, baba
*loves to drop objects and you pick them up
*eating mainly table food (supplementing with baby food when needed)
*feeds himself
*drinks 4 bottles a day (4oz - 6oz each)
*wears size 3 diapers
*wears 6-9 months clothes
*sleeps through the night (about 11 hours)
*loves to splash in the tub

Jennifer - Trenton had torticollis when he was a baby. He went to physical therapy once a week from the time he was two months old until he was about 9 months old. The stretches that they taught us really helped, and we don't see any head tilting now.
