6 Months Old

That's right, Connor is 6 months today. I can't believe my little man is growing up so fast. He is no longer a baby - meaning he hates to be held like a baby. He wants to either be sitting up or standing up watching what is happening around him. I miss those days where you could sit all day and just hold him, now I can only do that if he is sleeping. Here are his stats today at 6 months:
Weight: 16.2 (25 - 50 %)
Length: 27in (75%)
Head: 17 1/2 (50 - 75%)
Connor must take after his daddy in the weight category. He eats and eats, but doesn't gain weight. So our goal is to put a little more weight on Connor. He has dropped in the percentile range every time we have gone in for his check ups.
This is what Connor is up to at 6 months:
*sleeps through the night 8:30 - 7:00
*babbles all the time and likes to suck in air making his own noises
*Always happy, smiling & laughs at everything (even snorted the other day in church a couple of times)
*can sit by himself for about 10 - 15 seconds
* he gets to where he wants to go by turning circles on his stomach and rolls across the room
*raises his chest off the ground, but hasn't quite figured to get on his knees yet
*likes to stand up holding onto something and moves his feet like he is walking
* eats fruit & cereal in the morning, a vegetable at lunch, and a meat & veggie for dinner along with 4 6 oz bottles through out the day
*still loves his bath time (kicks & splashes)
*everything still goes into his mouth (no tooth yet, I know it is coming soon with the constant drool)
*wants to hold something when going to sleep
*sings to his CD in the car
*loves his books

On a side note, our tile floor was completed today, so we will be moving in this weekend. Yeah!! I will post pictures soon of the house when we get everything situated.
